At Maison Berger Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home fragrance experience. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that fragrance refills and lamps are securely cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
