How do I use a Lampe Berger for the first time?
Fill your lamp to 2/3 with your chosen fragrance, insert the burner/wick, and let it soak for 20 minutes. Light the burner, wait 2 minutes, then blow out the flame and place the decorative cap on top.
What is the recommended diffusion time for the best results?
For an average-sized room of 12 square meters, we recommend diffusing for approximately 20 to 30 minutes to fully purify the air and leave a lasting scent.
Can I use other brands of fragrance in my Lampe Berger?
To ensure the longevity of your burner and your safety, we strictly recommend using only Maison Berger Paris fragrances. Using other liquids can damage the catalytic burner.
How long does the shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for home fragrance products?
You can return unused and unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Due to safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened fragrance bottles.
When should I replace my catalytic burner?
For optimal performance, we recommend replacing your burner every 200 lightings or once a year, whichever comes first.
